What do you see as the biggest challenge of e-invoicing?
It isn't only about technology — it's an entirely new way invoicing works. Entrepreneurs, accountants and providers will learn as the system itself evolves. My job is to show clients they're not alone, and that we can guide them through the whole process clearly, completely and safely.
